William B. (Bill) Raines, Jr., CCIM, CSM, RPA, President of The Raines Group is pleased to announce the sale of 106 Industrial Park Drive.  The building which contains approximately 22,500 square feet of Class "A" office/warehouse flex space was sold to Darrell G. Moody and Anne-Marie Cardinale.  The buyers own other property in the industrial park and plan to lease the building.

The seller, Cornerstone Community Bank, was represented by Principal Broker Bill Raines and Richard Rose, CPA, CIA, FLMI, who is also a Broker with The Raines Group.

Bill Nagel has joined The Raines Group, a real estate investment adviser company, as an affiliate broker, according to William B. Raines, Jr., company president and founder.

In addition to being a commercial broker for more than three years, Nagel's areas of concentrations are commercial sales, acquisitions, warehousing, multi-family housing, industrial and medical.  Nagel is a former construction and development company owner, an architectural company owner, a Dalton-Whitfield regional planning commissioner for five years, two-term past president of the Dalton Homebuilders Association and has traveled extensively with companies including Shaw Industries as director of regional operations and Beaulieu of America as vice president of operations.

Nagel is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia.
