Raines Jr., CCIM, CSM, RPA, President and CEO, and Joe M. Rodgers, former U.S. Ambassador to France. It was originally named The Center Group, Inc. and based in Nashville,  Tennessee.  The Raines Group, Inc. team members have provided professional property services to over ten million (10,000,000) square feet of commercial property in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia, Texas, and North Carolina. It is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage Company in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama with a licensed Professional Engineer PE certified in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia.  The Group also has a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) on staff.
