Drew’s experience ranges from working to source over $250,000,000.00 in equity, mezzanine and senior debt financing for mixed use development projects, to Resort Management as the Director of Operations for Jackson Hole Ski Corporation’s property management company. He is a highly accomplished real estate analyst and earned an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from The Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin – Madison; a program which is consistently ranked within the top five Real Estate Programs in the Country.
Drew’s experience and education allows him to leverage a sophisticated and comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate from an ownership perspective; always working to responsibly maximize the Return on Equity through superior understanding, analysis and execution.
Drew is uniquely suited to provide transactional services as well as advisory and feasibility studies for development, acquisition/disposition, deal structuring and distressed/adverse property resolution.

Anne was recruited as an affiliate broker for The Raines Group, INC. in 2010. She was previously the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing for another agency, and decided to combine her efforts into an established and strictly Commercial Real Estate based firm. Between 2000 and 2003, Anne began teaching seminars directed toward start-up companies and profitability. She was part owner and business administrator of her own firm. In 2003, Anne began buying, renovating, and selling investment properties. By 2005, she earned her commercial real estate affiliate broker’s license. She is currently working to acquire her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Anne’s credentials and training bring a full spectrum of commercial and investment related services including contract & lease writing, contract & leasing negotiations, due diligence performance, developing marketing proposals & promotions plans, demographic studies & economic reports, investment analyses, market value determinations, location advisories & incentives, rezoning processes, 1031 exchanges, representation with regard to buyers/sellers/tenants & landlords, alternative financing, etc… Through this experience, Anne has become a knowledgeable resource for financing, contractors, architects, surveyors, environmental assessments, regional planning agency codes, permits, and zoning laws. Other expertise relates to renewal community programs, local and state grants, incentives for small businesses and manufacturing, and tax incentive programs for growing areas.
Anne became a member of the Commercial Investment Council (CIC). She earned the position of Chairperson for the Commercial Listing Service Taskforce in 2007. This was a unique responsibility of spearheading and overseeing a new listing service exclusive to commercial properties. That same year, she was also able to gain the appointed position of CCIM Membership Director.
